When you use Lumina AI, we collect:

• Account data: Your name, email address, and profile picture provided via Google Sign-In
• Usage data: Prompts you submit, generation counts, and timestamps
• API data: API key usage logs including request counts and timestamps
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, and device information for security purposes

We use your information to:

• Provide and improve the Service
• Enforce usage limits and prevent abuse
• Send service-related communications (not marketing without consent)
• Detect and prevent fraud and security incidents
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your prompts or generated content to train AI models.

Your data is stored on servers located in the European Union and/or United States. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. Database access is restricted to authorized personnel only.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Generation history is retained for 90 days. API logs are retained for 30 days. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

We use the following third-party services:

• Google Firebase: Authentication only. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
• Image generation APIs: Your prompts are sent to third-party AI providers to generate images. These providers have their own privacy policies.

We use only essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and data
• Export your data in a portable format
• Withdraw consent at any time

We implement technical and organizational measures to protect your data including encrypted connections, access controls, and regular security reviews. However, no system is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware of such collection, we will delete the data immediately.

We may update this policy periodically. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a prominent notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
