Terms of Service

By accessing or using Lumina AI ("Service", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users including free and paid plan subscribers.

Lumina AI provides AI-powered tools for generating images and videos from text prompts. The Service is provided "as is" and features may change, be added, or removed at any time without prior notice.

You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. Users under 18 must have parental consent.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share your account credentials or API keys with others. Any activity under your account is your responsibility. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or obscene
• Generate content that sexualizes minors in any way
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the API beyond your plan limits
• Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission
• Use automated tools to circumvent rate limits or usage quotas
• Generate deepfakes or non-consensual synthetic media of real people

Violation of these rules will result in immediate account termination without refund.

Images and videos generated using the Service are owned by you, subject to the following conditions:

• Free plan users receive a personal, non-commercial license
• Pro plan users receive a full commercial license
• We do not claim ownership of your generated content
• We do not train our models on your prompts or outputs

API keys are personal and non-transferable. You may not share, sell, or expose your API key publicly. Rate limits and quotas are enforced per key. Abuse of the API will result in key revocation and account suspension.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumina AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will meet your requirements. AI-generated content may be inaccurate or unexpected — you are responsible for reviewing all outputs before use.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes.

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except where prohibited by law.
