Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final — No Refunds
All payments made to Lumina AI are non-refundable. By completing a purchase, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that you are not entitled to a refund under any circumstances, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with generated content, change of mind, or unused credits.
1. No Refund Policy
Lumina AI operates a strict no-refund policy. All subscription payments, one-time purchases, and credit top-ups are final and non-refundable once processed.
This policy applies to:
- Monthly Pro plan subscriptions
- Any future annual plan purchases
- API credit purchases
- Any other paid features or add-ons
2. Why We Don't Offer Refunds
AI generation services consume computational resources at the moment of each request. Once a generation is processed, those resources cannot be recovered. Additionally:
- Generated images and videos are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned"
- API access is granted immediately upon payment
- We offer a free plan so you can evaluate the Service before paying
3. Free Plan Available
We strongly encourage all users to test the Service using our free plan before upgrading to Pro. The free plan includes:
- 10 free image generations
- 3 free video generations
- Full access to the playground
If you are unsatisfied with the free plan, do not upgrade to Pro.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period. You retain Pro access until the end of the paid period.
5. Exceptions
The only exception to this policy is if Lumina AI is unable to provide the Service due to a technical failure on our end that persists for more than 72 consecutive hours. In such cases, a pro-rated credit (not cash refund) may be issued at our sole discretion.
6. Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us is a violation of these terms. We reserve the right to permanently ban accounts that initiate fraudulent chargebacks and to pursue recovery of disputed amounts through legal means.
